The Assistance with Care and Housing Program supports those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, to access appropriate and sustainable housing as well as community care and other support services, specifically targeted at avoiding homelessness or reducing the impact of homelessness.
VincentCare's Assistance with Care and Housing Program provides services for older people in the Inner Gippsland Region comprising of the following local government areas:
Baw Baw
Latrobe
Bass Coast
