Tai Chi is fun easy to learn and improves health and quality of life. The programme is suitable for almost everyone and can assist in relieve pain, stress, and help with concentration.
Tai Chi facilitates the flow of QI through the body. Qi is known as life energy, circulating throughout the body, performing many functions to maintain good health. Tai Chi is also an effective programme for arthritis
Classes are held in terms of 10 weeks, the programmes are introduced to clients step by step to allow each, time to learn and enjoy Tai Chi
