Mater at Home is a specialist provider of community-based Allied Health services in Moreton Bay. We are part of the Mater Group which has been providing exceptional care to Queenslanders for over 100 years.
Our range of available services are listed below.
We want to help you live independently and safely at home and we do this by taking a Reablement and Restorative approach. This means we promote independence, client participation and focus on your goals.
Our goals-based programs run for up to 12-weeks with the aim to wrap up services when you have met your goals or specific outcome.
Mater at Home can provide you with up to two episodes of care, per allied health discipline each year.
Our care is evidence-based and led by an allied health professional.
Our services are largely government subsidised, but as with all providers, we are required to charge a small client contribution. Our fee is $10 per home visit, but waivers are available for those in financial hardship.
