ANHF Domestic Assistance, Personal Care and Social Support Services - Western Sydney
The service is funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services, through the Commonwealth Home Support Program. It provides domestic assistance and social support for CHINESE and VIETNAMESE clients in order to remain them in the community as long as possible.
We cater for these diverse needs
Focus on socially and financially disadvantaged people, Specific services for LGBTI people, Specific services for people with CALD backgrounds, Specific services for people with dementia
